1. Simply signed Power of Attorney.
2. Names and Address of the applicant(s).
3. Specifications; description, claims and abstract in English.
4. Formal drawings, if applicable.
5. A request for grant.
6. A Statement justifying an applicant’s right (where necessary).
7. A certifiedcopy of the priority document if priority is to be claimed and Englishtranslation.
